Ingredients

  • 570ml double cream
  • 83g porridge oats
  • 7 tbsp whisky
  • 3 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 450g raspberries
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Toast the oats gently in a frying pan, being careful not to burn them.
  2. Lightly whip the cream until it reaches the soft peak stage, then fold in the whisky, honey, toasted oats and raspberries (keep some for garnish).
  3. Serve in dessert glasses garnished with the saved raspberries and a further drizzle of honey.

Tips

Alternatively, don’t mix the raspberries into the cream but layer them alternately with the cream mixed with the oats, whisky and honey
