Ingredients
- 570ml double cream
- 83g porridge oats
- 7 tbsp whisky
- 3 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
- 450g raspberries
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
- Toast the oats gently in a frying pan, being careful not to burn them.
- Lightly whip the cream until it reaches the soft peak stage, then fold in the whisky, honey, toasted oats and raspberries (keep some for garnish).
- Serve in dessert glasses garnished with the saved raspberries and a further drizzle of honey.
Tips
Alternatively, don’t mix the raspberries into the cream but layer them alternately with the cream mixed with the oats, whisky and honey
